my message

Why are exercises important in middle ages.  Old age usually begins at around the age of  65 years. At this age you can take any type of minerals, such  asl calcium, potassium, magnesium or iron but these minerals would not be absorbed into your bones or muscles unless you carry out vigorous physical exercises at the same time .  Hence you cannot live without excercises.  You also need mental and social exercises.

  1. He chooses NOT to be common! And he has proven it over and over again. That's my Dad. What do I think about middle age or old age? I believe it starts in the mind and the body follows. Exercise is the elixir of youth and the blueprint for longevity. Live Long & Prosper!
